• News is that Salman Khan and filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya will be working on a fresh project together, this year aswell. 
• As per news sources, Salman who’s looking forward to a co-production with Rajshri Films, is in discussion with Sooraj about making an Action Film. 
• Doing same romantic film, They have discussed an action drama and though Salman will once again play Prem, the film will not be about love. 
• It’s said that Salman who’s excited to work on the film, has been having meetings with Barjatya, right after he wraps up shooting for his upcoming wrestling drama, Sultan.
• The both is currently working on the film together. They are looking at taking the project on floor with a three month schedule in October this year.

• While talking to TV Times at the launch of 'Bigg Boss 9', the actor had revealed, The show I want to do is called 'The Farm'. The concept of the show is very similar to 'Bigg Boss' but here, the celebrities will be on a farm. They will spend four months on the farm doing all that a farmer does like milking the cows, poultry farming. The show is to do with land. There will be a proper farmer who will teach them how to do farming. The concept is very interesting.

• Salman Khan's NGO has offered financial help for the open heart surgery of an assistant carpenter's 16-year-old daughter.
• Shyam Kanhaiya Chouhan, an assistant carpenter and member of the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE), had requested the body to help him in his time of need.
• Known for his support towards philanthropic causes, Salman Khan has decided to help Shyam. The 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan's' NGO has offered to meet the expenses of his 16-year-old daughter's open heart surgery.
• The report stated that after receiving Shyam's plea, the FWICE board decided to write to Salman's NGO - Being Human, last month. The letter mentioned that the applicant is a member of Bollywood who is unable to afford the medical cost of his daughter's open heart surgery.
• Chouhan, who is a daily wage earner, makes up to Rs 750 a day but that's only when he has work in hand. He had approached other donors as well, but after Being Human paid the bill to the hospital, he could go ahead with his daughter's treatment, said the report.
• The source in the report added that the NGO has extended financial help of Rs 25,000.
