    • Drink Coconut water in between shooting which give energy & also good for hair, skin and digestive system.
    • In breakfast : eat only oats with hot water.
    • In Lunch : protein powder.
    • In snacks : eat roasted chana, sweet potato & Drink Green tea two times in a day.
